Terms and Conditions - Nav Dream Yatra

• Once you have booked your travel arrangements with us, changes you may wish to make to your booked arrangements after receipt of your deposit will be possible subject to any charges that may be made by our suppliers.


• Any change that requires an alteration of dates to any booking, including postponement may be treated as a cancellation and our cancellation policy applied depending upon the notice given prior to arrival.


• In the event that your arrangements need to be changed as a result of a missed, delayed or cancelled international or domestic airline flight, car or rail journey we will provide assistance to you to make the required changes to your travel arrangements. But you will have have to pay the extra cost on it.

Refund and cancellation policy

• 90-60 days before arrival: 100% refund
• 59-30 days before arrival: 80% refund
• 29-15 days before arrival: 65% refund
• 15-7 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund

Note: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days through net banking.

Rate policy:

• Rates are based on the published tariff.
• Once a booking is made and deposit paid, the price is fixed.
• • Exceptions:
  • Government-imposed taxes on travel.
  • Changes in fuel rates.
  • But only if the change exceeds 2% of the total booking cost.

Circumstances Beyond Control

Nav Dream Yatra is not responsible for changes or cancellations due to:

1. Acts of God
2. Civil commotion
3. Strikes
4. War
5. Terrorist activity
6. Natural or nuclear disasters
7. Nav Dearm Yatra will try to make alternate arrangements or offer alternative travel arrangements.
8. If events occur during travel, clients bear the costs of new arrangements.
